Perkins Insurance Agency was established in 1977, and in 1992, Perkins Insurance Agency purchased Clyde Insurance Agency, serving Clyde and Callahan County since 1943. Together, Perkins Insurance Agency and Clyde Insurance Agency are organized as Perkins Insurance Agencies, LLC. Perkins Insurance Agencies, LLC is also a proud member of SBMP, Inc; and the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. - Leroy Perkins, CIC, Licensed Risk Manager - President
Leroy is a Certified Insurance Counselor and Licensed Risk Manager with more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Leroy has held various leadership positions within the industry at the local and state level. Leroy currently holds Agent Advisory Council positions with multiple carriers. His Advisory Council Member status allows Perkins Insurance Agencies, LLC direct access to our carriers at an executive level on behalf of the clients we represent. Leroy focuses on assisting our clients with their business and commercial insurance needs.
- Mark Perkins CIC, CRM - Vice President
Mark has more than 8 years experience in the insurance industry. Mark is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Risk Manager. Mark is an active leader within the industry and currently serves on various agent advisory councils for the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas, the statewide association for Independent Insurance Agents. Mark specializes in Personal, Business and Commercial insurance and risk management.
Mark is also the only Approved Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider in the Big Country. Mark has been endorsed by Dave Ramsey to offer property and casualty insurance products for those clients seeking professional help for auto, home or business insurance through Dave Ramsey's organization.

Ken has more than 30 years of insurance experience. Ken focuses on assisting our clients with their Life and Health Insurance needs. His primary focus is on individual and group Life and Health Insurance. Ken also has extensive experience in assisting commercial clients with their property and casualty insurance needs.
- Ron Caspell - Surety Bonding & Commercial Agent
Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and insurance industry experience to the staff of Perkins Insurance Agencies. Ron has extensive experience in providing Surety Bonding assistance to clients all over west Texas. Ron has a proven track record and is distinguished in his ability to assist contractors obtain surety bonding. In addition to surety bonding, Ron also focuses on assisting our clients with ther business and commercial insurance needs.

Linda has 30+ years of insurance experience and is a member of the Insurance Professionals of Abilene and the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas. Linda focuses on serving the needs of our commercial clients. Linda is our Commercial Lines Manager for the Abilene office.

Claudia has more than 10 years of insurance experience. Claudia focuses on assisting our Personal Lines clients with their Home, Auto, RV, Boat and other specialty lines insurance needs. Claudia is our Personal Lines Manager in our Abilene office.

Mandi has 6+ years of insurance experience. Mandi and her husband have recently relocated from Corpus Christi, Texas where Mandi worked for two large insurance agencies and managed a wide variety of commercial and business insurance. Mandi focuses on serving the needs of our commercial clients. Mandi is a Commercial Lines Manager for the Abilene office.
